Membership Policy

This Membership Policy explains the rules, conditions, and general framework that apply to memberships, access levels, program participation, rewards-related features, and associated benefits offered through the Benefore platform by Benefore LLC, located at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, Wyoming, 82801, USA.

This Membership Policy should be read together with the Benefore Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Fulfillment Policy. By purchasing, activating, accessing, or using any Benefore membership, you agree to this Membership Policy.

1. Purpose of Membership

Benefore may offer one or more membership options, access tiers, or program levels designed to provide users with access to certain platform features, account privileges, promotional opportunities, benefits, rewards-related functions, or other services that may be made available from time to time.

Membership is intended to provide access to a platform-based program experience and does not constitute a guarantee of any financial outcome, earnings result, reward value, cashback amount, or business opportunity result.

2. Membership Eligibility

To purchase or use a membership, you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

Benefore reserves the right to refuse, limit, suspend, or revoke membership access where necessary to protect the platform, users, payment systems, compliance obligations, or business operations.

3. Membership Activation

Membership access may be activated after successful payment, account creation, verification, internal review, fraud screening, or other reasonable operational steps required by Benefore.

Activation may occur automatically or manually depending on the nature of the membership, the transaction, account status, system availability, and other operational or compliance-related factors.

Benefore does not guarantee immediate activation in all cases.

4. Membership Levels and Features

Benefore may offer different membership levels, categories, or access structures. Each level may include different features, conditions, privileges, requirements, access rights, promotional functions, or benefit structures.

The names, structure, pricing, availability, features, eligibility requirements, and included benefits of membership levels may be changed, updated, replaced, limited, or discontinued at any time in Benefore’s sole reasonable discretion.

Benefore is not obligated to maintain any specific membership level, feature, structure, or benefit in perpetuity unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

5. Access Rights

A valid membership may give the user access to certain platform areas, digital tools, account functionality, rewards-related features, communications, promotions, or other services determined by Benefore.

Membership access is personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable, and subject to continued compliance with all platform policies and rules. Membership does not grant ownership in the platform, its systems, its content, or any part of the Benefore business.

Users may not share, resell, sublicense, transfer, assign, lease, or otherwise make membership access available to another person unless expressly authorized by Benefore in writing.

6. Membership Duration and Continuity

Membership may be offered on a recurring basis, for a fixed access period, or under another model determined by Benefore. The applicable access period, renewal terms, and continuity rules may depend on the membership selected, transaction details, promotional conditions, or future operational settings.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, continued membership access may depend on maintaining good account standing, compliance with platform rules, successful billing status, and continued availability of the relevant membership offering.

If membership access ends, expires, is canceled, is suspended, or is terminated, related features and benefits may also end immediately or at the end of the applicable paid period, depending on the circumstances and any applicable legal obligations.

7. Billing and Renewal

Membership may involve one-time fees, recurring fees, or a combination of both. By purchasing a membership, you authorize Benefore and its payment service providers to process the applicable charges associated with your selected membership or platform access.

If recurring billing is enabled for a membership, charges may renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the applicable cancellation process. It is the user’s responsibility to review the purchase terms presented at checkout and to monitor their account and billing activity.

Benefore reserves the right to change pricing, billing structures, included features, membership conditions, or access terms at any time, subject to applicable law and reasonable notice where required.

8. Cancellation

Users may request cancellation of membership in accordance with the cancellation process made available through the platform, through account settings where available, or by contacting support.

Cancellation of membership does not automatically entitle the user to a refund. Refund eligibility, if any, is governed by the Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated by Benefore, cancellation may stop future billing while allowing current paid access to continue until the end of the active billing period. In some situations involving abuse, fraud, policy violation, chargebacks, or compliance risk, access may be ended immediately.

9. Rewards, Benefits, and Program Features

Membership may include access to rewards-related functionality, cashback-related features, bonuses, incentives, promotional opportunities, loyalty elements, account privileges, or similar program benefits.

Such benefits are subject to availability, eligibility, technical functionality, transaction validity, compliance with program rules, account standing, and Benefore’s platform policies.

Rewards, bonuses, promotional features, and similar benefits are not vested rights and may be modified, suspended, revoked, adjusted, canceled, or discontinued at any time where reasonably necessary for operational, legal, compliance, fraud prevention, business, or technical reasons.

10. Cashback and Similar Value Features

If the platform includes cashback-related features or other value-based benefits, such features may be subject to separate eligibility logic, transaction validation, activity thresholds, account status requirements, promotional conditions, timing rules, and platform review.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, cashback-related features do not necessarily represent direct cash payouts. Benefore may structure such features as internal platform value, account-based promotional value, benefit credits, reward allocations, or other non-cash mechanisms depending on the design of the program.

Benefore reserves the right to determine, interpret, calculate, validate, adjust, suspend, or reverse cashback-related entries or values where transactions are refunded, disputed, reversed, found to be invalid, or associated with abuse, fraud, or policy violations.

11. No Guarantee of Earnings or Rewards

Membership does not guarantee any income, compensation, payout, reward amount, cashback value, referral result, network growth, business outcome, or financial return.

Any description of potential benefits, examples of possible outcomes, or references to participation-related value are for general informational purposes only unless explicitly identified as binding and official. Actual results, if any, may vary significantly and may depend on user activity, platform conditions, transaction validity, market variables, eligibility criteria, compliance, and many other factors.

Nothing in this Membership Policy or on the Benefore platform should be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of earnings, financial success, or automatic economic benefit.

12. Promotional Conduct and Participation Standards

If any membership level allows participation in referral activity, promotional activity, ambassador functions, partner activity, or similar user-led promotion, the user must act truthfully, lawfully, and in full compliance with Benefore policies.

Users may not make misleading claims, unauthorized representations, deceptive statements, false urgency claims, guaranteed income claims, inaccurate statements about rewards, or any representation that could create legal, regulatory, consumer protection, or payment processing risk for Benefore.

Benefore may suspend or permanently terminate membership access for any user who engages in deceptive promotion, spam, fraud, abuse, manipulation, or any conduct inconsistent with the integrity of the platform.

13. Account Standing and Eligibility for Benefits

Eligibility for membership-related benefits may depend on active membership status, successful payment, account verification, compliance with policies, platform activity, transaction legitimacy, and continued account standing.

Benefore may withhold, limit, adjust, or remove access to membership features or benefits where an account is inactive, suspended, delinquent, under investigation, associated with payment disputes, or otherwise not in good standing.

14. Non-Transferability of Benefits

Unless expressly stated otherwise, membership benefits, platform privileges, account access rights, rewards-related entries, cashback-related values, promotional allocations, and similar benefits are personal to the account holder and may not be sold, assigned, transferred, shared, exchanged, or redeemed by another person.

Any attempted transfer, manipulation, or unauthorized use may result in suspension, termination, forfeiture of benefits, or other corrective action.

15. Suspension, Restriction, and Termination

Benefore reserves the right to suspend, restrict, limit, freeze, adjust, or terminate membership access, benefits, account privileges, rewards-related features, or related functionality if it reasonably believes that the user has violated platform rules, engaged in abuse, created payment risk, engaged in fraud, submitted false information, manipulated the program, or otherwise acted in a way that could harm Benefore, its users, service providers, or legal standing.

Where appropriate, Benefore may also reverse benefits, remove access, cancel rewards-related entries, prevent future participation, or permanently disable account functionality.

16. Changes to Membership Programs

Benefore may change membership structures, plan names, eligibility rules, included features, promotional mechanics, reward logic, pricing, access rights, benefit categories, platform tools, or any other part of the membership program at any time.

Such changes may be made for business, legal, operational, technical, compliance, fraud prevention, strategic, or service improvement reasons.

Continued use of the platform after such updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised membership framework, to the extent permitted by law.

17. Relationship to Other Policies

This Membership Policy operates together with the Benefore Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Fulfillment Policy. In the event of overlap, the documents should be interpreted together to the fullest extent possible.

Refund matters are governed primarily by the Refund Policy. Delivery and activation matters are governed primarily by the Fulfillment Policy. Data handling matters are governed primarily by the Privacy Policy. General platform conduct, limitations, and legal terms are governed primarily by the Terms of Service.

18. No Waiver of Legal Rights

Nothing in this Membership Policy is intended to limit any mandatory legal rights that may apply under applicable law. Where consumer protection or other non-waivable legal rights apply, those rights will control to the extent required by law.

19. Changes to This Membership Policy

Benefore may update this Membership Policy from time to time. When updates are made, the Effective Date at the top of this page may be revised.

The version in effect at the time of the relevant purchase or membership use may apply unless applicable law requires otherwise. Continued use of the platform after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy to the extent permitted by law.
