Refund Policy

Effective Date: 03/19/2026

This Refund Policy explains the rules, conditions, and procedures that apply to refund requests related to purchases made through the Benefore platform, website, memberships, services, and related offerings provided by Benefore LLC, located at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, Wyoming, 82801, USA.

By purchasing from or using the platform, you agree to this Refund Policy in addition to our Terms of Service and any other applicable policies.

1. General Refund Approach

Benefore reviews refund requests in good faith and on a case-by-case basis, while taking into account the nature of the purchase, whether access has already been granted, whether benefits or services have already been used, whether any digital access has already been activated, and whether there is any sign of abuse, misuse, or fraud.

Because the platform may include memberships, digital access, platform-based benefits, promotional features, and other non-tangible services, not all purchases are automatically refundable.

2. Membership Purchases

Membership purchases may be eligible for review if a refund request is submitted within a reasonable period after the original transaction and before substantial use of membership-related benefits, platform access, rewards features, or related services has occurred.

Once membership access has been granted and materially used, or where benefits, features, rewards, or platform privileges have already been accessed, activated, consumed, or exercised, Benefore may deny the refund request to the extent permitted by law.

If a membership is canceled, access may continue until the end of the applicable paid period unless otherwise stated by the Company or required by law. Refund approval is not guaranteed solely because a user chooses not to continue using the membership.

3. Digital Products, Digital Access, and Platform Features

Where a purchase includes digital access, account activation, platform entry, downloadable materials, online content, software-related access, or similar non-tangible services, refunds may be limited or unavailable once delivery, access, activation, or use has begun.

If digital access has already been provided, Benefore reserves the right to deny a refund request where the product, feature, content, access right, or service has already been made available to the user, except where required by applicable law.

4. Promotional Benefits, Rewards, Cashback, and Related Features

If a purchase is associated with rewards, cashback-related functionality, promotional credits, bonuses, access privileges, or similar benefits, any approved refund may result in the removal, cancellation, deduction, reversal, or adjustment of those related items.

Benefore may deny or reverse rewards, cashback-related entries, bonuses, platform credits, or promotional benefits connected to refunded transactions, disputed charges, chargebacks, reversed payments, abuse, or policy violations.

Where applicable, if a refund is approved for a transaction connected to rewards or promotional benefits, Benefore may first offset any used, consumed, withdrawn, applied, or credited value associated with that transaction before issuing the refund.

5. Physical Products

If Benefore offers physical products, refund eligibility for those items may depend on product condition, return timing, proof of purchase, shipping status, and whether the item has been used, damaged, altered, or returned incomplete.

Physical products must generally be returned in reasonably resalable condition unless the item is defective, damaged upon delivery, or otherwise subject to mandatory legal protections.

Shipping costs, handling charges, customs fees, taxes, duties, and similar charges may be non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to a verified Company error.

If physical return instructions apply, the user must follow the return process provided by Benefore. Unauthorized returns, refused deliveries, or returns sent without sufficient identification may delay review or make a refund unavailable.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, refunds may be denied in situations including, but not limited to, completed or substantially used membership access, delivered or activated digital products, used platform privileges, consumed benefits, promotional abuse, fraudulent behavior, payment disputes made in bad faith, inaccurate customer claims, violation of platform rules, or purchases made through unauthorized means.

Refunds may also be denied where a user has already received the core value of the purchase, even if the user later decides not to continue using the platform or no longer wishes to participate.

7. Subscription Renewals and Recurring Charges

If the platform includes recurring or renewal-based billing, users are responsible for monitoring their billing cycle and canceling before the next billing date if they do not wish to continue.

Refunds for renewal charges may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. However, once a renewal period has started and renewed access, membership benefits, or related digital services have been made available, Benefore may deny the refund request to the extent permitted by law.

Repeated refund requests, repeated disputes after continued use, or attempts to obtain ongoing access without payment may be treated as abuse.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a user initiates a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Benefore for resolution, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate account access, freeze related benefits, reverse promotional value, and contest the dispute with supporting records where appropriate.

Submitting false, misleading, abusive, or bad-faith payment disputes may result in permanent loss of platform access and ineligibility for future services.

Nothing in this section limits any rights a consumer may have under applicable law.

9. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, the user must contact support@benefore.us and provide sufficient information for review, including the full name used for the transaction, the email address associated with the account or purchase, the date of purchase, the amount paid, the transaction reference if available, and the reason for the request.

Benefore may request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify identity, confirm the purchase, review account activity, assess eligibility, prevent fraud, or process the request.

A refund request will not be considered complete until sufficient information has been provided for review.

10. Refund Method

If a refund is approved, Benefore will generally attempt to issue the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase, where reasonably possible and permitted by the payment provider.

If the original payment method cannot be used, Benefore may determine an alternative method where appropriate and legally permitted.

Refund timing may vary depending on payment processor rules, banking systems, card issuer processing times, fraud checks, and operational review requirements.

11. Partial Refunds and Adjustments

Benefore reserves the right to issue full refunds, partial refunds, credits, or no refund at all, depending on the circumstances of the transaction, the nature of the product or service, the level of use, the timing of the request, related promotional value already received, and any applicable legal obligations.

Where a user has already received partial value from the purchase, the Company may determine that only a partial refund, or no refund, is appropriate.

12. Fraud Prevention and Abuse

To protect the platform, users, and payment systems, Benefore reserves the right to investigate refund requests for signs of fraud, abuse, manipulation, duplicate requests, policy evasion, account misuse, reward exploitation, or other suspicious conduct.

Where abuse or fraud is reasonably suspected, Benefore may deny the refund, suspend the account, reverse benefits, retain relevant records, and take any other action permitted under the Terms of Service and applicable law.

13. Legal Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit any non-waivable consumer rights that may apply under applicable law. Where local law grants mandatory refund rights, repair rights, cancellation rights, or related protections, those rights will apply to the extent required.

14. Changes to This Refund Policy

Benefore may update or modify this Refund Policy from time to time. When changes are made, the Effective Date at the top of this page may be updated. The version in effect at the time of the relevant purchase will generally apply unless applicable law requires otherwise.
