Welcome to Benefore. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Benefore website, platform, services, memberships, features, content, and related offerings provided by Benefore LLC, located at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, Wyoming, 82801, USA.

By accessing, browsing, registering for, purchasing from, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the platform.

Certain services, features, benefits, or access levels may only be available to registered users or users with an active paid membership. We reserve the right to modify, replace, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the platform or its offerings at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the platform or purchase any membership, product, or service through the platform.

By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

If a membership expires, is canceled, is suspended, or is terminated, some or all related benefits, access rights, and platform features may be removed or limited.

6. Payments and Billing

If you purchase any membership, product, or service through the platform, you agree to pay all applicable charges, fees, and taxes associated with your purchase.

Payments may be processed in one or more currencies through third-party payment providers. Exchange rates, bank fees, card issuer fees, or other payment-related charges imposed by third parties are not controlled by Benefore and are your responsibility where applicable.

By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and that the billing information you provide is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, delay, or cancel any order or transaction if we reasonably believe the transaction may involve fraud, unauthorized activity, abuse, legal risk, or violation of these Terms.

7. No Guarantee of Results or Earnings

Benefore does not guarantee any financial result, income level, profit, reward amount, cashback amount, business outcome, or economic benefit from using the platform, participating in any program, purchasing any membership, or engaging with any feature or service.

Any examples, illustrations, descriptions, projections, or statements relating to rewards, earnings, growth, benefits, or performance are provided for general informational purposes only unless explicitly stated otherwise. Individual results may vary significantly and may depend on a variety of factors, including user activity, participation level, market conditions, eligibility conditions, compliance with platform rules, and other variables beyond our control.

Nothing on the platform should be understood as a promise, guarantee, or assurance of income, profit, or business success.

8. Rewards, Cashback, Benefits, and Promotional Features

The platform may offer rewards, promotional benefits, cashback-related functionality, bonuses, incentives, or similar features. Such features may be subject to eligibility rules, verification requirements, program conditions, technical limitations, promotional limitations, and separate policy terms.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, rewards, benefits, bonuses, and cashback-related features are promotional or program-based in nature and may be modified, suspended, limited, canceled, reversed, or removed at any time in the event of refund activity, chargebacks, abuse, fraud, error, misuse, policy violations, technical malfunction, or ineligibility.

Benefore reserves the right to determine eligibility for any reward, benefit, promotional feature, or cashback-related feature in its sole reasonable discretion.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

You may not use the platform in any way that is fraudulent, misleading, abusive, deceptive, unlawful, defamatory, infringing, harmful, or otherwise inconsistent with the intended operation of the platform.

You may not interfere with the security, integrity, performance, or proper functioning of the platform. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, database, or service connected to the platform.

You may not use the platform to promote false claims, deceptive financial representations, guaranteed income claims, misleading earnings statements, spam, unauthorized marketing, or any unlawful commercial activity.

10. Partner, Referral, or Promotional Conduct

If Benefore allows users to participate in referral, partner, ambassador, promoter, or similar activities, such participation must at all times comply with these Terms and any additional policies or program rules that may apply.

Users may not make misleading, unsubstantiated, exaggerated, or unauthorized statements about Benefore, its services, its platform, any membership, any rewards program, or any potential result associated with participation.

Users are strictly prohibited from making guaranteed earnings claims, misleading income representations, false urgency claims, deceptive promotional statements, or any other representation that could mislead consumers, payment providers, regulators, or the public.

Benefore reserves the right to suspend or terminate access, remove benefits, reverse rewards, or permanently disable accounts associated with prohibited promotional behavior, abuse, fraud, or policy violations.

11. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, branding, logos, design elements, layouts, software, images, videos, downloadable materials, and platform functionality, are owned by or licensed to Benefore and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, display, transmit, sell, exploit, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our prior written permission, except to the extent expressly allowed by law.

12. User Content

If you submit, upload, publish, or transmit content through the platform, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to do so and that your content does not violate any law or any third-party right.

You grant Benefore a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, display, and process such content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, improve, and provide the platform and related services.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove or restrict any content that we believe violates these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of others.

13. Third-Party Services

The platform may rely on or integrate with third-party service providers, including payment processors, communication tools, analytics services, hosting providers, delivery providers, software vendors, or other business partners.

Benefore is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, policies, systems, or services of third parties. Your use of third-party services may also be governed by separate terms and privacy practices imposed by those third parties.

14. Fulfillment and Access

Access to memberships, digital features, platform-based services, and other offerings may be provided electronically, automatically, manually, or through a combination of internal and third-party systems.

Delivery times, activation periods, access methods, and service availability may vary based on the nature of the product or service, payment verification, technical processing, fraud screening, account review, or other operational factors.

Additional delivery, activation, and access details may be described in a separate Fulfillment Policy, which forms part of the overall policy framework governing use of the platform.

15. Refunds and Chargebacks

Refund eligibility, restrictions, and procedures are governed by our Refund Policy. By purchasing through the platform, you acknowledge that refund requests may be subject to review and may be denied where access has been granted, benefits have been used, digital content has been delivered, or policy conditions have not been met.

Improper chargebacks, payment disputes made in bad faith, abusive refund behavior, or fraudulent transaction reversals may result in suspension or termination of account access and loss of associated benefits.

16. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we may collect, use, store, process, and share personal information. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.

17. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole reasonable discretion, to suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate your access to the platform, any membership, any feature, or any account at any time if we believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, misused the platform, created legal or payment risk, provided false information, or acted in a manner that could harm Benefore, its users, service providers, or business operations.

Termination or suspension may result in the loss of access to certain services, memberships, content, benefits, or rewards, subject to applicable law and any specific policy terms that may apply.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform and all services, content, features, memberships, and materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Benefore makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, completeness, suitability, uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement of the platform or any part of it.

We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free from harmful components, or that any defect will be corrected within any specific period.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Benefore LLC and its owners, officers, directors, members, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any service, membership, feature, transaction, reward, or benefit.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Benefore for any claim arising out of or relating to the platform shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to Benefore for the specific product, membership, or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

20. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Benefore LLC and its affiliates, owners, officers, members, employees, contractors, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law, your infringement of any third-party right, or your misuse of any feature, membership, reward, content, or service.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update or revise these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we may update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the website, user account area, email, or other reasonable means.

22. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

23. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the platform, or any transaction with Benefore shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at support@benefore.us.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, Benefore reserves the right to require that disputes be resolved in a competent court of appropriate jurisdiction in Wyoming, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with any applicable policy documents referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Fulfillment Policy, and Membership Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Benefore regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications relating to the same subject matter.
